Acceptance of Terms¶
By accessing and using ClassDeck (“the Application”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Application.
Description of Service¶
ClassDeck is a dashboard tool designed to help students and teachers manage their Google Classroom interface. It provides features to view courses, track assignments, and organize deadlines.
User Responsibilities¶
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree not to use the Application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or disrupt the Application’s functionality.
OAuth and Third-Party Access¶
The Application integrates with Google Classroom via OAuth 2.0. By using these features, you grant ClassDeck permission to access your Google Classroom data as described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of data provided by Google’s services.
Limitation of Liability¶
ClassDeck is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Application will be error-free or uninterrupted. In no event shall ClassDeck be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Application.
Modifications to Terms¶
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law¶
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
